Our mission is to increase the number of African Americans in STEM fields by teaching the Black youth between the ages of 7 to 13 technology and computer science. We will equip them with the ability to break down and solve complex problems and arm them with incredible computer programming skills. According to a recent study by the Computing Technology Industry Association, only 8% of workers and just 3% of executives in the U.S Tech industry are black. We are focused on increasing that representation by starting with the Black youth.
